Ventrium AI is designed with privacy in mind. We do NOT collect or store:

  • Device information beyond what is necessary for basic functionality

Authentication via Third-Party Providers

We use social login providers for authentication. Your identity (name, email, profile picture) is maintained exclusively by these providers, not by Ventrium AI.

Supported providers:

  • Google: Name, email, profile picture
  • Apple: Name, email (optional)

We do not have access to your passwords or login credentials. All authentication is managed by third-party providers.

Data We Store

The minimal data we store includes:

  • User ID from social login provider (for account identification)
  • Generation history (prompts and generated content URLs)
  • Credit balance and transaction history
  • Subscription status and plan information
  • Basic platform configuration preferences

This data is necessary to provide the service, process payments, and keep your generation history accessible.

Payment Processing via Stripe

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, our payment provider. Ventrium AI does NOT have access to:

  • Credit or debit card numbers
  • Security codes (CVV)
  • Complete banking information
  • Sensitive payment data

Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and maintains the highest industry security standards. We only store a Stripe customer identifier to associate transactions with your account.

Data Shared: Prompts and generation parameters

Supabase

Purpose: Data storage and authentication

Data Shared: Minimal data necessary for functionality

After deletion:

  • Your credit balance will be forfeited (non-refundable)
  • Active subscriptions will be canceled
  • Transaction data may be retained for legal and accounting requirements

  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your generation history
  • Opt-out of non-essential data processing
  • Update your account preferences
  • Revoke access to social login providers

CCPA: For California residents: You have additional rights under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), including the right to know what data we collect and request its deletion.

Essential Cookies for Functionality
